HAND-HELD PHOTOGRAPHY OF TETHER DURING FLY-BY

Handheld imagery of tether flyby shows much more accurate views of tether -- thin and long -- with occasional close out-of-focus small particles drifting by. Larger numbers of particles in TV view is probably accounted for by TV camera's much closer proximity to water dump port. Camera date/time information not accurately initialized, so precise match-up of handheld and televised views is not possible.
